I recently stayed at the island view casino, I checked in on Sunday and on Monday I noticed bites on my hands that itched really bad, Tuesday morning I had even more bites on various other places, so I requested the sheets be changed thinking that would help. By Wednesday I still had more bites, so we checked out on Thursday morning and filed a report with the security manager. Upon arriving back to my home on the next Monday my husband contacted the risk manager who assumes we brought these bugs in with us. I have stayed at the island view alot of times and never complained about anything. I didn\'t ask them for anything now, I just wanted them to be aware of what happened to me during my stay. I am furious at this point, I am so uncomfortable from the bites and the itching. I hope this doesn\'t happen to anyone else while staying there.

We stayed 3 nights checking out in 10/8/2023. While packing to leave i found 2 live bed bugs. Bagged then up, called front desk and they sent their security person. They took pictures as did we. Then we wrote up a report. Provided us upon our request some plastic bags and sent us on our way.

April 5th. I have supporting videos and photos to support that bed bugs were in fact infested in the bed I slept in at island view casino I had to throw away all my items to avoid spreading spreading in my vehicle. I called risk management and he tried to claim I brought them when evidence clearly shows I was bitten at their casino
