Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Between 8-17-2024 and 8-18-2024 I visited Hyatt place hotel after checking out a few days ago. Every time I visit a hotel I strip the sheets off the bed check the mattresses the bathroom the whole room for leftover trash,blood or anything dirty. Standing near the door in room 209 I spot a bug from googling what this small bug that was hard to kill could be, it was a bedbug, on the wood counter next to the door of the room to exit or enter. Went downstairs immediately told management and staff changed the rooms, found a dead bedbug in the mattress took a picture and showed staff, moved to another room that seemed fine just some gnats flying around, left that next day tried to book again the manager said they can’t accommodate my complaints and I no longer can book there with them.
