Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Turn right on Cassady and right on Airpointe Drive to the Best Western Port Columbus. �From: The west. Take Interstate 70 East to Interstate 670 East-Airport-Stelzer-Johnstown Road Exit off Johnstown ramp. Turn right onto Johnstown Road. At light, turn right onto Cassady Avenue and right onto Airpointe Drive to the Best Western Port Columbus.

2/8/2022 Three bed bugs crawling around on both beds 207, old Cheeto on floor. Blankets and bed skirts clearly unwashed with suspicious white smeary substance on bed skirt and wall around bed. Offered 203, also showed traces of bed bugs, Skittles candy on floor and general poor housekeeping of bed linens. Booked thru Orbitz, prepaid. Immediately checked out and online chat with Orbitz agent to begin refund process… Orbitz called hotel multiple times to confirm and desk staff refused to answer phone. Placed hold on payment with credit card company and will continue to pursue. Don’t stay here!
