Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I was vacationing in Cleveland Ms. and had reservation at this hotel and checked in on 7/21/17 and on 7/2/17 I was bitten by bed bugs and reported it to the front desk. She stated that the manager said what can she do to so she credit the first room and then transfer e to the second room and that Sunday night was bitten again by bed bugs. The manager told me that she will pay for my medical and that was a complete false statement. Then she stated that she send my paperwork and pictures to the Insurance Company no answer. My doctor stated that I have 25-30 bites and I told the manager no respond I need help with this hotel please.
