Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed here on Dec. 26,2014. Woke up in the middle of the night to use restroom and found bed bugs crawling all over. Got my kids up demanded a refund and left in the middle of the night.

Sunday 12/26 check in at 5:30 pm. Daughter and son complained of bites 12/27 morning. Checked beds could not visually see anything. 12/28 morning, I was bit while changing near bed. Could not detect any bugs as the carpet is dark navy blue. 12/29 checkout, son had bit marks on his legs and I located traces of what looked like spots of mildew on kids bed in room 538. 12/29 am was notified by neighbors across the hall and guests in rooms on third level (300"s) that bed bugs had been confirmed. I notified front desk, manager who came up, checked our room and said he would let us know after it was tested. We have not received a call back. Upon arriving home, bed bugs were located in two of our bags that were set in the corner of room 538.
