While staying for 5 nights on my last night 10/7/16 I noticed a small bug on my black suitcase when I layed it on the bed..upon further inspection with a flash light I found a lot more...I then inspected the rest of the bed and found infestation. I inspected the other bed and found the same. I tried to search through my luggage to find more and did and then ironed everything with a hot iron and packed into a trash bag then reported to the front desk. The employee working the front desk Acted as if it was not a big deal and then offered to put me in a different room. I told him I wasn't comfortable staying there and then offered to not charge me for this night only. He came off as rude and irritated with me over the situation. I have been looking online and it seems that I'm going to have to just throw away all the clothes I own. Super excited about that since I can't afford to just replace everything. I will be contacting the health department and corperate office and perusing this further. I am very disturbed and very upset!

Arrived to this hotel on Dec 31,2106 to celebrate New Years eve at the casino next door. Hotel seemed clean, staff was very nice. Went to the room, turned on the lights and found bed bugs on the sheets of one of the queen beds. Took photos and went back to front desk. The lady was very nice and professional. Offered us another room, when we declined she apologized again and checked us out.

We checked in the evening of May 2, 2019. We made an inspection but apparently not thorough enough. I was awakened at about 2:20 am with something tickling my arm. I picked off a bug that looked like a mature bed bug. I posted a photo to the forums at bedbuggers.com and an entomologist confirmed that it was a bed bug that had recently fed. There was also a small smear of fresh blood near where I picked the bug off my arm. I reported it to staff. I still have the photo if you want to verify. And my partner witnessed all this
