Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Below is the return letter I wrote to the hotel operations manager after he denied that the hotel room was infested with bed bugs! The letter explains all. Aug 11th 2016 Well 'NAME REMOVED' Director of Hotel Operations, by your answer it seems to me that the way you and Boyd Gaming do business is by denying that the problem exists! I have pictures of bed bug bites on both of my legs by my feet and I assure you that this bed bug attack incident did indeed occur in Room # 925 at the Main Street Station Hotel and Casino between Aug 1st And Aug 3rd 2016. This incident has caused both a loss of income to me and a hell of a lot of stress! Your lack of admission that this bed bug incident has occurred or is authentic will not detour me from now reporting this to the Las Vegas board of health as well as to every online review, ratings and reporting agency available at your peril so that the general public can be informed of this incident and your total denial that it has occurred!
