We checked in for one night on 12/4/21 for a two queen suite in room 331. My wife noticed some spotting on the bed skirt and decided to investigate, much to her dismay she found a bedbug and confirmed it had feasted recently by squishing it. She also found skins and possible eggs from the other bedbugs. Upon hearing our problem, the woman working the front desk immediately got us a new room and assisted my wife in transferring our belongings and keeping my kids entertained while they moved rooms. The next room showed no signs of bedbugs. The staff were beyond kind and would have comped us the night had we not booked on a third party website. I won’t be visiting again, but the way the staff responded really made a negative situation a positive one.
