We checked in around 4pm on Sunday, June 9th. I woke up around 3 am to something crawling on me. I smashed it and went into the bathroom to find a big blood splotch on my shirt. I then told my boyfriend and he had just killed one also and there was a big blood splotch on the bed . We grabbed the bug with a tissue, took pictures and video, grabbed our stuff and headed to the front desk. We told the guy working what had happened and that we weren't paying. He said the manager wasn't there but he would make a note for when he/she came in. We bagged up.our stuff in trash bags and then drove 3 hours home. Around noon I hadn't heard from the manager so I checked my bank account, not only did they charge me, they over charged me 60 dollars. I called corporate, they said there was no note on my account and that I now have to wait 7 business days to hear back from management. Nothing else was said of the bugs. Now I wait..

10/27/22, room 415, sheets looked like they had been previously slept in, woke up to two bed bugs right where I had been sleeping, took them to the front desk in a plastic cup. Was told that they couldn’t have bed bugs because they had just passed an inspection two days prior, refused to refund mine and my coworkers room for the second night we had booked as we decided to stay elsewhere.
