June 26th, 2024 check-in for a one-night stay... Always look over the room prior to laying in the bed.. etc. Sheets looked stained, pulled back sheets and inspected the fitted sheet, mattress, and box spring. All life stages of bed bugs present and well fed adults.. Avoid this place at all costs. Brought the issue up to the front desk.. They were quite literally "unbothered". No hospitality, no decency, it was so shallow. Asked for a refund, and to speak with a manager.. I was told "No manager on duty". I brought up the fact she should probably call her manager.. This is a pretty significant concern and was told "It's past 7:00"...Staff is clueless, unwilling to remedy, the situation, and overall disgusting. Wouldn't be surprised if they all have bed bugs... Avoid this location at all costs.
