I was laying in bed on July 19, 2017, I turned a pillow around and under the pillow there was a bug! I picked it up with a towel and took it to the bathroom. I took a picture and looked it up online and immediately found it to be a bed bug! I called the front desk and was told I needed to leave the building, I slept in another, unkept, room! The following morning two women came in and inspected the beds but did not find anything. I was told that they would call a pest control company, which never showed up! I was told that someone would show up first thing in the morning, which never happened, I had to call them to come. The pest control never showed up, so I called front desk at 11:00 am to be told they were on there way. By 1:30 pm no one had yet to be found, so I packed up my belongings and went to the front desk only to be told that they thought I had left. They comped me for one night and never asked me or seemed to be concerned over the bed bugs! Awful service and a awful place to stay!!
