Stay: 9/17-22, RM 107 Bitten first night '15" marks/bites on arms upper torso,have pics. 2nd night spoke to Jessica, registration clerk, she assured me the hotel did not have BedBugs. I suggested maybe fleas because father trained dogs and I was familiar with flea stings, 3rd night Sat in chair with lights on no bites, 4th night tried bed again with lights on fell asleep only to wake up to sting on my "bald" scalp, I don't have hair, am wheelchair bound and need assistance to ambulate. After feeling the sting I immediately wake up and saw the bedbug running, I killed the baby big by mashing it into pillow case, them I saw a second one running and scooped it up on a lid. Immediately I called the front desk and they came right away. The night clerk witnessed what I just described above, I took several pics she ran grabbed her phone and also took pics She picked up pillow and dead bug to take to front desk but the live bedbug fell on floor. After clerk left I was not in mood to lay down but I wanted to see if I could see anymore bugs so I moved the stack of pillows only to find an infestation of dead baby bedbugs and adult ones, called clerk again she came running and took pics again of the infestation. Next day I was moved to RM 100, no bugs.
