I checked in late on 4/19/24. While preparing for bed around 1 am, I spotted a suspicious bug crawling up the wall. I took a picture, and loaded it up in Google Lens, which said it was a stage 4 bedbug. I called the front desk while I packed up my things, and they came and captured the bug. I said I would either need a new room far away from this one that had never had a bedbug report, or else a refund. They only offered me a room a few doors away, so I asked for a refund. They supposedly granted it and gave me a copy, but I later found they also charged my card a second time. I am awaiting the outcome of the protest I filed with my credit card company.
