I am writing to alert you of findings of bed bugs at your location in Greece, NY. We stayed in rooms 208 and 209 on Friday, July 16th. My daughter went to Urgent Care with multiple bed bug bites on her face, legs, and stomach. She stayed in room 209 in the bed closest to the door. I reported this as soon as she was diagnosed. Both the hotel and corporate have yet to resolve our issue. I’ve called 6 times and always get the “ there is not a manager available” and have emailed 4 times with mostly generic “we are sorry your stay didn’t live up to your expectations “ replies. I was told once that the hotel had 48 hours to respond(by a customer relations case manager but I still have not gotten a reply. It’s been days. I am currently on hold and have been for almost an hour and a half with the 800 number she gave me but still no resolution.
