11-22-2017 . Bedbugs in queen bed closest to air conditioner. We sprayed Lysol and then had to search both mattresses and couldn’t rest . We told the hateful manager but she didn’t believe us . Her and the staff were hateful and rude .. nothing was done .

I am a Diamond member with the Hilton group of hotels. I stayed at the Hampton inn Manning on 8/29/22 to 8/31/22 During my 2nd night I woke up to an itching arm and hand. After investigating, I found two small bed bugs under the pillow and in the pillow case I was able to collect both insects in an empty water bottle which I then gave to the front desk person. Front desk person apologized and promised that she or the GM would be contacting me to provide refund on my two night stay. I never received a call from them. I then followed up two day latter only to be told the same thing and still I never received a phone call or a refund from them.
