Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On Thursday October 13th I woke up with up to 100 bed bug bites ALL over my body. I caught 4 bed bugs off the head board, took them downstairs to show the front desk. The manager was not in and they provided me her email address. I emailed her ASAP. I shared all of the info I could with a bunch of pictures. The general manager never returned my email or called me. On the following Monday I had to travel back to Chino for work and went directly to the hotel for a face to face. The GM told me all the reasons why she couldn’t call me and did not show any sympathy or apologize, until much later into the conversation. She ended up paying for my expenses and customer service points for Hilton Honors.
