1/17/2025-1/20/2025 !TRAVELERS BEWARE! During my recent stay in Room 304 with my children at Homewood Suites in Brighton, my son and I came into contact with BED BUGS! While the hundreds of bug bites are very uncomfortable, what is more disturbing is how hotel manager Andrea W handled this situation. Once Andrea was forced to take my call by Hilton Corporate, she immediately began yelling at me, calling me a liar and demanding photographic evidence of my bites. Andrea then preceded to hang up on me. This blatant disregard for me and my family is appalling. I pray this isn’t how Hilton trains their management staff and is just simply a character flaw with an individual. I not only have pictures documenting bed bug bites on myself and my son but my son also squished a red/rust colored bug on the bed during our stay. Further (front desk employee) confirmed to me that there had been other complaints of bed bugs in Room 304. My request for the Orkin/bug inspection report Andrea claims to have, has yet to be seen. WHO IS THE LIAR? Is this a case of neglect?
