This hotel is very nice. We stayed there back in February 2016 and had no problems. Come this past September 2016 we booked to stay two night for our anniversary and only stayed one night. Due to bed bugs being clearly visible crawling on the sheets and the comforter of our bed, unfortunately after we had already slept in the bed. I actually was able to collect one of the big bed bugs and take it down to the front desk. They put us in another room where we showered then checked out. The manager spoke to us assuring we would hear from him due to me expressing know we are compromised to take bed bugs home. And we need them to pay for our home inspection to make sure we wil not have bed bugs at home. We had an inspection with the result of it being to early to tell if we had brought bed bugs home. We had to wait 5 weeks to two months to tell. Days later my husband skin was showing the results of being bitten very badly by bed bugs. So badly that he had to get medical care for the severe bites that were becoming infected. He had to take antibiotics and steroids for the bites. After my husband visit to urgert care we went directly across the street to the hotel to show them my husband's skin. The assistant manager was there and once again assured me they would contact us and never did. 2 months later my 2 year old son shows evidence of being bite by bed bugs. And we found one on the bottom side of if toddler bed. We are being treated for bed bugs at my home now unfortunately. I have now contacted the corporate office and now I'm awaiting there call back.
