I was visiting my uncle in room 147 and got bit by something looked into it further and discovered that they had bed bugs the first night they were there they got moved to a new room and then there was more bed bugs in that room is well in that room is well. The first room was a handicapped room and then move to the name of to 147 the staff member at that time did see the bed bugs and and agreed that they were bed bugs

Video recorded bed swarming with baby and adult bedbugs crawling on boyfriend biting my ankles. Got up and took all sheets apart and they were everywhere. All in headboards and woodwork. Terrible infestation. The ones we killed were full of blood. Ugh just disgusting.

I found bedbugs on my shoulder when I changed clothes for the day. I called the manager to let them know about the situation, and they were gracious. They said they would go ahead and file a report.

Large, visible bedbugs crawling out over the pillows. I recieved 5 bites to my hand before turning on the lights and noticing them. After closer inspection, we found the bugs all in the mattress and some on the floor. Management did not issue us a refund and said that they MIGHT if the health department confirmed the bedbugs.

When we moved in we noticed a strange smell and looking at the furnishings noticed a filthy chair and couch also looked at the mattresses and noticed dark spots in the seams, we were unfamiliar with bed bugs at the time but now we should have said something then about that. Reported bed bugs on 01/21/17, they brought mattress encasement for our three beds one of which had holes in it and replaced the bed covers with blood and fecal stained sheets. They sprayed some kind of insecticide to kill the bugs but it seemed like it disturbed them not kill them. We followed up with diatomaceous earth product and some spray and thorough cleaning of one bedroom out of three rooms seamed to work but still need more work.
