At approximately 9:30am, I picked up my headscarf off of the bed to out it in my pocket. When I picked up the scarf, there was the bug on the bed. I paniced, screamed, and grabbed my boot, and smashed the bug. I called the front desk, they transferred me to housekeeping. Housekeeping hesitated before stating that that they would come to the room and check it out. When housekeeping got there, the gentleman was rude and preceded to tell me that it was unlikely that I had seen any type of bug there in the room. This experience was very traumatic for me.

11/28/2022 We were assigned our 3rd room long story. It was nice at first night. Woke up next morning . Picked up my robe off bed. Bed bug crawling on robe. Staff nice but very busy with many guest with complaints. Move to 5th room another story! It was not clean well and much older. Checked out hotel went to a different hotel. Had to buy bed bug to spray luggage. Hoping not to bring bugs to my home

12/4/2022 @ 9:30 pm. Bed bugs found on the bed and in the bathroom. Was assigned another room in another tower. Management never contacted us and no apology for circumstances. They did not offer to help us move to the new room.

Found live bedbug in bathroom on 3/11/23. Killed it and took it down to the front desk after calling about it and no one showing up to tell us what to do next. They moved us to a new tower and that was it.

Stayed in Tower 5 Room 5446 from July 15-22, 2023 and was bitten on my ankle 3 times from sleeping in the bed. When we first checked in the room we sprayed bedbug spray on the mattresses, closets, drawers, chairs, etc,.., This has been our practice for the past 2 yrs. Something has to be done. No refunds.

Checked in on 08/02/23. Noticed the first bedbug bite on my 2 year old son 08/05 ( figured it was a random bug bite at first) On 08/06 around 6pm between my husband & i, we had NINE bites total on our legs. (I have 4 and he has 5) I then checked my 11 month old son immediately after and come to find SEVEN bites on his legs & toes. Checked my 2 year old for anymore bites and sure enough 4 more bites had showed up, coming to FIVE total that he has. My poor babies can’t stop crying from how bad its itching. Disappointed, Irritated, frustrated, & disgusted, We (very politely and CALMLY) brought it to the staffs/managers attention, which was at about 8pm. In which they attempted to resolve it by having us move into a new room on the 3rd floor in the same tower (1) while leaving all of our stuff in the old room so that they could -inspect our belongings for bed bugs the following morning, at a time that I am unsure of as they didn’t inform us of one- Oh & gave us a $25 credit to, & I quote, “get a pizza or something”. I hate to be a greedy person but that’s really the best they could do? I mean come on, had I made a huge scene about it, maybe I would’ve gotten compensated a little better than that. I’m thankful they got us into a new room so quick but the “ $25 for a pizza” is like a slap in the face.

Checked in on 9/9/23. Noticed 11 bedbug bites on both of my legs on 9/11/23 and thought nothing of it! By 9/12 I had 19. Called housekeeping to report, and was contacted by management about 5 minutes later to move us rooms! Checked into new room in Tower 1, and it was not as nice or big as original room. Went to talk to manager on Wed, 9/13. She offered to comp me a room, from a 8 person to a 4 person with 7 people and a baby staying there! When I declined, she offered me a free dinner…one. Then, the best news was the fact that they already had someone else occupying the room we were in that I was bit in the next day! They said they did not find anything! Guess the 19 bites were not enough, and they care more for themselves than their guests! Disgusted is an understatement!
