4/6/18. I discovered a bed bug in my bed after taking a shower. I brought the bedbug to the gentleman at the front desk. He did not seem surprised. I asked him how long they had had this problem for, and he said they had a just brought in an exterminator the day before. It would have been nice to know before i had stayed here for two nights. I am supposed to talk to the manager in the morning.

We found a live bed bug crawling on the pillow at night on 10/8/2022, and a dead one under the mattress. We let the front desk know, and they told us that they would check us out early and to report it to corporate. We booked through a third party so we have to go through them for a refund.

10/15 Found bedbug in room 134 when I awoke in early morning. Reported to staff. They said they would look into it.
