Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We found a live bedbug in room 136 in the morning of checking out of our stay 2021-03-07, and didnâ€™t want to take the sheets off the bed so we could avoid kicking up any eggs into our things. I went down to the main lobby and the man was extremely polite, however he did NOTHING to resolve the issue or even apologize. He was so cavalier about the situation almost as if he knew there were bedbugs and wasnâ€™t surprised by me telling him. He assured me that he would take care of it before the next guest stayed in the room. Thatâ€™s all well and great for the next guest, but what about me? I could now potentially be bringing bedbugs home to my apartment and slept in a room with bedbugs. He suggested I call booking.com to see if they could do anything for me. I went back upstairs and there were a few that could be seen to the naked eye.
