I was there on 3/16/19 checking out 3/17/19 We arrived and checked in service was great Upon going to the room we didn’t stay in long as we took our kids to the pool after a few hours we went back and were gonna relax when my son jumps up and says ewww a cockroach upon checking we find a Huge bedbug then we find one on the wall above one of the beds then i get them with a napkin and take them down to let them know the manager just says oh sorry housekeeping normally checks for that and says I’ll change u rooms i said ok U would expect a discount or the night to be free but nothing else was said or done while we were getting ready to move rooms and housekeeping arrived and she comes in and find another one on the wall and just laughed about it she said oh there is bugs I’ll have to have them check the whole room .
