Checked in at about 6 for our keys and went to dinner, went back to the hotel about 7:30 gave my 5 month old baby a bath and laid her down for bed. 30 minutes after that and she started fussing and crying and nothing was making her better so I looked around where she was sleeping and found a bed bug and put it in a cup. I then checked her clothes and found another on her, changed her, and left her clothes that she was wearing in the room and went to the front desk with the bed bug I caught to get a refund because we obviously weren\'t going to have our baby get eaten. I was told that the manager wasn\'t answering his phone, that they could just give me my deposit of 100 dollars and that I would get a call back. As I was in the front desk area, a huge bed bug crawls on the jacket I had laying on the bed. I ended up bringing my baby to the hospital because she just was so uncomfortable and crying non stop she had to get a cream to stop the itching. Feeling she was miserable later that morning the \"manager\" called me back accusing me of bringing them. They had no fault at all, so rude worst experience for me and my child a long night then a rude phone call to wake up to. The so called \"manager\" calls back in the afternoon to say the pest control company \"lied\" to him and that if I brought my receipt back I could get the 99 dollars and some off cents refunded so I go back and he\'s gone and nobody else knows what I\'m talking about making the staff question me and what my problem was. Overall rude bed bug city, would never stay there again if it was the last place in Anchorage. I left my jacket and clothes there, they can keep their bugs.
