We stayed last Friday night and left saturday. We seen a large bed bug on the bed, my daughter has bites all over her.

We stayed in the mountain view building top floor. We stayed April 3 and 4 2016. The room had bed bugs in it that hitched a ride home with us.

On 8/6/2016 I woke up with several bites on my right arm. I went down to the desk at 930 to show them and the woman told me they looked like spider bites. And that because we were close to the mountain I probably got them there. They said they would send someone to look at the room. I informed them that our kids were still sleeping and could they come at 11. My husband and I had to do a presentation at another Westgate hotel. While at there we got a call from our older daughter who is 18 that our youngest who is 13 eye was swollen and that she had several bites on her face and neck. I told them to let security in asap and we were on our way there. Took at least 25 minutes for presentation people to let us go. Got another call telling that they found several bed beds in both the beds.Hotel security and manager acted like it was nothing new. We had to pack all of our things and staff put the in the dryer. And moved to another room.Took the about 4 hours to get our clothes back. Bites still hurt. Horrible experience.

1 of 5 stars Pending review Do not stay in this resort!!!!! They have bed bugs. We stayed in room 6265. Security confrimed several bed bugs found in the mattresses after we complained about bites we received. Staff acted as if this was everyday problem. Manager was very cold and not apologetic at all. Told us bed bugs were a part of traveling. Had to spend most of our day waiting for our clothes that staff told to put in dryer to kill any bed bugs that might have gotten into our luggage. Ruined our whole trip. Was told by Board of health that they are aware of bed bug problem

8/14/2020-8/17/2020 Woke up the first night with bites and was the only one out of 4 with them. Kept getting more bites so I did a virtual doctors visit who confirmed they were bed bug bites. Hotel moved my room and didn’t say anything else. Would never stay here again!!

12/29/2022 Checked into room 5757 and left for the day. Returned to room at 1030pm and laid on top of the bed and fell straight to sleep. My phone rang at midnight and I jumped out of bed to answer it. I looked over at the bed I was sleeping on and there were several bed bugs crawling on the pillow I had just been laying on. I ended up with 13 bites on my right arm and 2 on my neck.
