woke up this morning and found a bed bug on my pillow brought it down to the front desk. They moved me to another room and refunded my money for last night

7/17/17 room 225 my daughter (5) and I stayed one night. The next morning awoke to bites all over both of us. I immediately checked the sheets and didn’t see anything, so I turned the lights off and lifted the box spring cover. Immediately seen fresh blood stain and 3 or 4 little bugs. Which I identified as a bed bug. I took pictures of my daughters bites on her face and arms pictures of myself as well. My arms, and back were eat up. I then informed the clerk which said he only thing she can do is apologize for The incident and that the manager was away until the Monday. We were in Mississippi because my husband travels for work and his boss is the one who paid for the hotel room which was reserved under my husbands name. We left the same morning we noticed the bites and seen the bed bugs. We moved to a different hotel(Best Western Plus) and immediately took hot showers, the itching was unbearable and my daughter cried due to the burning sensation when when took showers. The most unnerving part about this whole ordeal is the uncertainty of diseases (who knows who else’s blood these bugs have sucked on) and possibilities of bringing them home with us. really disgusting.
