My colleague and I both stayed at this hotel 1/19/16 - 1/20/16. Upon checkout we both noticed give like rashes. We immediately went to our prospective doctors and were diagnosed with bed bug bites. Reported to the property same day and waiting on resolution.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn on 8/23/17. The room appeared clean and I did not do a bedbug check. I awoke at 3am and found a bug on me. I squashed it and began to research bedbugs. It appeared to be a young one. I subsequently checked the mattress, bedspring, and coverings and found evidence of an infestation. I left and called the front desk to report. I later was informed that the man o spoke to was the manager. He said he took this very seriously and they would check in the morning and even bring Orkin out to check and would get back to me with their findings. I saved the bug I found and brought it to an exterminator that morning and he confirmed it was in fact a bedbug. I called back with this information and the employee said she would inform the manager and he would contact me re a refund etc. I have never heard back from them. I filled out a questionnaire on my stay through the Hilton Honors program and reported all of this as well. I have not had any response from their corporate office either.
