Checked in room 212 on July 19th.July 20th woke up with bites all over us on July 22nd i notified staff of the bites show them the markings and they moved us to a new room on the first floor and 109. On July 23rd woke up one more bites on us notified the staff filed a report they took pictures moved us to the third floor and room 315. Talk to the hotel owner notify them of the biting showed him the markings he insisted there's no bed bugs there that they must be spider bites or that my dog must have fleas.we notified him that the dog does not have fleas he's a service dog and left it at that. On July 25th my daughter got the shower and I know she had over 50 bites all over her body I took her downstairs notify the worker that was on that night he noted the incident mode of the markings called the owner the owner then advised him that he wants us out of the hotel he kicked us out at 6a.m. in the morning saying that my dog had fleas and that was the problem not bed bugs. We checked out on the 26th I took my dog to the vet and confirm that my dog does not have fleas does that wrote a note stating that my dog does not have fleas to go back to the hotel called the corporate office of the hotel to notify them of the bed bug issue and they took a report we ended up getting another room and that's when the manager came at 11 a.m. on the 26th and confirmed that the pest control confirmed the hotel does have bed bugs. The manager apologized to me and my family for the inconvenience of the bedbugs and for the welts and the bites that we have sustained and told us we couldn't bring our belongings back into the hotel do the bed bug issue that they have. The owner of the Hampton Inn send me an email saying that there sorry that I was unhappy and unsatisfied at their hotel and try to give me a $50 voucher which we denied.
