Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I checked in on 4/7/23 with 2 room 216 &218 . They moved me from room 218 to 212 and the first night I got bit on my left arm and the left side of my face. I thought it was mosquito bites at first the 2nd night I got bite on my left side some more and my right leg and which I jumped up look through the bed and found 2 adult bed bugs, asked to speak to management and was told I would have to wait until Monday and all they can do is move my room. I asked for a full refund and was told that wasn't possible until management comes in and they call Orkin to inspect the room. I am horrified and itchy with big lumps on my body due to the notes. They swelled up so bad. On my face as well.
