We had 2 rooms. Our travel companion got the room with the bed bugs. Management changed his room and denied they were bed bugs. said they were some \"other insect\" and that they would call exterminator. Meantime, he has pictres of the actual bugs crawling and he got bitten all over,

I was bitten multiple times (on forehead, eyelid, hands and arms) while staying one night at this hotel. The bites did not appear until we were on the road already, but I did call the hotel to report the bed bugs. The employee said she\'d tell the manager, but so far, the manager has not contacted me, and I don\'t know if they intend to look into the problem. We stayed in Room 220.

i woke up at 0545 to find black & reddish bugs on my pillow and bedding. I killed as many as I could and they all had blood in them, regardless of color. I called the desk clerk, and she came up, got a cup and put some live bugs in it. She brought the key to a different room and told me my nights stay would be refunded. I moved my stuff out but there were still crawling bugs on the bedding as I was leaving. I had to remind staff to refund me for that nights stay and they were aware of the bed bug situation, said "we had to send someone up there".

2/22/2019 Bedbugs in bed, on bed, under bed. Some hitch-hiked home with me and I had to totally throw out my couch. Management was rude, threatened to sue me for defamation. Would not look in room and said the photos I’d taken was not that room. Denied all culpability. Bedbugs aside, someone with room access entered my room while I was out and stole a firearm; manager refused to show me the history of entrances into my room and again threatened a lawsuit.
