09/07/2017 On the second night of my stay I found a bed bug on the wall. I killed it and showed it to the management and the management said that they could not do anything because they had not found it themselves. I actual had an issue the day before with finding a roach and they said that their maintenance guy did not see anything so they would not move our room or spray for bugs. The management of this hotel is very lacking in there customer service. Needless to say, we are not staying for the final night of our reservation. I do have a photo of the bug and am reporting the issues with the Hilton line headquarters. I would strongly suggest to find another hotel in the area.
