We stayed on 8/23/16 for one night. My daughter who is 22 and 7 1/2 months pregnant slept in a bed and I slept in a bed. I did not get any bites - but she is covered in bites. They did not appear until about 24 hrs after we left the room. She was bitten on her arms, back, back of rt thigh, and from knees down on both legs. She was using witch hazel and hydrocortisone to help stop pain and itching and when we returned home immediately went to the dr on 8/29/16. Her dr confirmed it is bed bug bites and prescribed her methylprednisone pills taper down pack and betamethasone dp cream and hydroxyzine hcl pills. She is also having to see her high risk dr on Friday Sept 2nd to make sure these are not affecting any other things/places on her body and not interfering with her pregnancy. I called the hotel today to find out who to report this to and the front desk sent me to the manager's voicemail - Ashley Davis - her mailbox was full - I called back and she sent me to her assistant's mailbox - that was full - I called a 3rd time and asked for the owners information which she clearly did not want to give me so I said fine I will just report it to the department of health and she said "That's Fine" and hung up the phone on me. 1/30/2020 9:00 am, bedbug found crawling on white comforter of one of the 2 beds. Bug collected in cup and taken to management to be reported. Management comped the room and offered a different room. We checked out of the hotel.
