Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Room infested with bed bugs. I was bitten and had bugs in the bed. Also, had them on the walls and baseboards. Hotel staff and Manager were made aware and both agreed of bed bug presence in the room after inspecting.

November 20, 2019 Woke up with 10 bed bug bites. Even a week later they are painful, itchy, and embarrassing. Management denies there are bed bugs in this room, but they let me know, just in case, that I can leave my luggage in my vehicle then put everything in plastic bags and clean in washer on hot.

8/8/2021-8/10/2021 Woke to find bed bugs on sheets and pillows and bites on my body. Checked out at 4am. Disappointed that I have had no response to complaint with Hilton. The front desk clerk comped my stay but reported he was unable to assist me in finding another Hilton property to stay at.
