Oct 08 2017 6:00am Told the manager asked him to come to my room he told me to get one and bring it back to me which I did in a rag he snaps at me then follows me to my room he sees them and goes to report it to the GM by way of email and phone call he refunded the company who sent me their and told us to pack up and I could leave. The company that sent us there made us stay as they inacted their bed bug protocol , we were asked did we want another room which I declined because the Manager let me know it was 3 rooms outside of the two we were in with the bugs also in them that he refunded and y tried to clean up himself.... We were there 8 hours Eco Lab came and confirmed the begs and said it was a infestation on the first floor he was told to check four rooms he checked my two and told management Infestation was present. We sat in the lobby and was made to sit in the parking lot in the rain all 8 of us because we were congesting their lobby.... It was reported and confirmed I called the Health Dept I called to follow up left about 4 messages only to be told they never had a report of bed bugs I had sent 2 different managers my videos and pictures the day of incident and reached out to The GM..... I'm just reviving Word they treated my room ......

I requested to be moved to a different room after finding numerous gnats flying out of my shower drain. The next day, the front desk staff said they needed to move me again, but would not provide a reason why. When I asked if it was bedbugs, they confirmed that housekeeping had found bugs around the bedskirt. I have requested a follow up to know what other actions they have taken.
