Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Date of the incident was August 7th and August 8th. We had two rooms; 319 and 320. Noticed bites on August 6th, but thought they were mosquito bites. On August 7th, I saw a bed bug on the pillow around 1:00AM. We moved to our other room, #320. The next morning, I told the Housekeeping manager and the weekend desk manager. They were both apologetic and showed concern. She waived the charges for the night of the 8th but told me she would have the GM call me on Monday, August 10th to discuss the situation and apologize. We have NOT heard back from the GM. Very disappointed in GM not showing any concern for this issue.
