Date:5/4/22 Time Approximately 1145pm Saw bites on my body from the previous nights sleep so I Pulled all my bedding in the middle of my bed before leaving for a late shift at the local hospital, when I returned I saw black specks on my sheets and after a closer look knew they were bed bugs from 2 other experiences in other hotels. Notified front desk of bugs on my bed and bites on my body. They moved me to a new room on a different floor. I asked for a manager, none on site as it was after midnight. trash bags and laundry detergent but they had no detergent. Had to drive and get from a gas station. Gave me money for the laundry but no hot water sign was posted in the laundry room. Washed and dried my clothes. Supervisor called me the next morning to ask me about my suitcase in the room I left and I had to bring up the big situation. He offered to comp 1 night and I asked for more compensation. The sales manager called me back and told me that they inspected the room and saw casings so they were calling a pest control company and gave me 50,000 points , reimbursement for the detergent and apologized.
