Nasty my family of 4 children and 2 adults received numerous bites on our bodies!!!! We are taking action!!!!!

(I have a copy of the report ) I was laying in bed around 10:40pm on 12/30/15 when I felt a burning sensation on my right hand, I got up and when to he restroom to look at my right hand and I was a red rash, so I when back to check o the bed and I found two insect at the time I didn\'t know what they were I took pictures and call front desk and made a complain they send over the security and also took picture and made a report . he told me to call the # below and contact them, so I did the following day and all I talk to a lady and she told me she will get back to me before the end of the day and as of today I haven\'t heard from any one there I have try calling numerous time and all I get is a recording message to leave my name and # and they will return my call it\'s been 8 days and no call I don\'t want to take legal action so please have someone call me to solve this matter. Oct 4, 2023. I checked in at 3pm and sat on the bed for about and hour and a half. I got a bite on my arm but thought I was just being paranoid. I went downstairs for some food and then returned to my room at 7pm. When I returned, the bedsheet had many many bedbugs on it. I immediately grabbed by items and went down to the registration desk. I told them there were bedbugs in my room and I needed to checkout and get a refund. They said they would refund my money but couldn’t offer a receipt. No apologies, no reaction, nothing. But they didn’t give me any trouble about it and I immediately left.
