Oct 2014 I visited Westgate Branson Woods Resort and was bitten over 100 times by bed bugs there. When I got home I went to a dermatologist to determine what it was and without telling him that I had been at a hotel a few days ago, he came to the conclusion that is was bed bug bites. We hired a bed bug dog to make sure that our home was not infested (from either before the trip or if any came back from the hotel) and they came to the conclusion that our house was completely free from any bed bugs- thus the bites did not come from our house. I hired a lawyer and the hotel is completely denying any wrong doing. This is why I have not reported them before now as to not disrupt the legal process. But they reportedly are denying wrong doing and have left me with physical scars and hundreds of dollars in bills for the inspection and lost work. The personal that I have dealt with from the 'resort' were completely rude and arrogant. My lawyer reiterated that same fact. I want others to know about the infestation at their hotel and to be warned.

Stayed in room # 3035 3/24/2018 thru 3/30/2018. Slept on loveseat in living room. Started seeing rash on arm and hand and back on drive home 3/30/2018. Dr. confirmed bed bug bites. Over hundred or more bites. Must be a very large infestation. Filing a report with Missouri health dept.
