Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Bedbugs seen crawling on master bed at 1 am on 3-19-21. Management did not respond to calls; therefore, unable to switch rooms and nowhere to sleep in the middle of the night. Contacted Priceline as well and they couldn't reach hotel either so we evacuated in the middle of the snowy night and Priceline said they'd notify hotel and request refund for us. Terrible experience and hotel is not like the pictures or as described. Interiors are old and rundown with little evidence of cleaning in between guests. Also, there isn't anyone to help after 4pm with any needs whatsoever although hotel paperwork states the contrary.
