Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

3/29/17 at 9pm bed bugs found in queen bed and both bunk beds. Called front desk. Resort sent employee to inspect. Employee took photos of bugs found in beds but said he didn't know if they were bed bugs. We took photos and compared to pictures found on internet, definitely bed bugs. Resort offered to move us to a different room. We declined and left resort. The resort told us there would be no charge for our stay. We are waiting for credit to be applied to our VISA account.

7/31/2017. Bedbug found on sheets in room. Captured it and brought to front desk. They moved us to another room immediately. Inspection of this new room, no bugs.

12/16/2019 7:00 AM The manager said she would conduct and investigate but later called and said it was probably a beetle and they would not be treating the room. There were bites on my daughters face and blood on the sheet and a photo of the bed bug on the bed.
