2/5/2017 -2/6:2017 woke up with a bump on my arm took shower and left the hotel. Latter I notice bump on fingers and they started itching .that night when took of my shirt I had several large welts on my back as well two on my legs . I called hotel on Tuesday informed them who I was what happened along with room number no aploghy nothing I have stayed this hotel many times no excuse for this

3/28/17 Stage 3 to 4 adult bedbugs brought to the front desk ON pillow. IMMEDIATE pack up to leave with my grand-kids at 3 am. 4

My grand kids and their mother stayed at Baymont Inn on 3/28/2017. Upon waking up in the middle of the night I noticed a bug crawling on the pillow where my granddaughter and I were sleeping, I took the pillow with the bug to the bathroom and flicked it in the toilet. I was not thinking bedbugs at that time until I returned back to bed only to find another bug crawling next to my granddaughter. I took the pillow with the bug to the front desk and the lady at the desk put the pillow and bug in a big garbage bag, she offered another room but I felt for the safety of my family we would leave, I demanded a refund at that time.I saw 7 adult bedbugs on my bed within minutes, I compared internet bedbug pictures to my cell phone pictures and they matched in color and description. I have bit marks on my arm.
