2/10 @ 3:30pm Found bed bug on pillow crawling in the morning. Took it down to desk and the attendant just asked what room and said he'd find someone in charge. Tried to speak to charles (desk person) multiple times about it and he ignored me and took 2-3 phone calls making more reservations while i was trying to speak to him. I called the health dept. Then i called an emergency pest removal service tonfumigate my clothes and luggage. The GM, Gary Mounce, finally showed up to the room when they did. Asked him if they were going to cover all of this for me. He said "fine ill pay the damn bill, you're already checked out, and once theyrw done you can get the hell out" If the desk had immediately taken care of this issue and told me what they could do for me i wouldnt have went to fumigation services. But they completely blew me off. Ive had bedbugs before and i wasnt taking them anywhere else with me
