Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I checked in to this location on 09/25/2017 due to the FEMA shelter assistance on my second day on the room I just noticed bites on my face,neck,arms,and legs. I didn't know where they were coming from I noticed the beds crawling around my bed so I scooped them in a cup and took them to the manager and he stated he didn't know what they were and it's nothing he can do about it he didnt even bother to put me in a different room he basically said I had to deal with it.i contact corporate about this matter but contact my lawyer

checked in 2/20/18. Fell asleep and woke up to itching all over body. Had red bumps all over my body and inspected the bed. Found bugs in the bed. Immediately gathered my stuff and went to the front desk. Attendant immediately refunded my stay and said management would contact me the day after. Nobody has contacted me. The attendant did make a reservation for me at the candlewood inn which, believe it or not, had bugs as well. Actually have a video of a bug crawling on the bed.
