I stayed at La Quinta on Feb 2, 2015. The next morning, I captured a bedbug crawling on my bed sheet. Luckily I was not bitten.

Upon waking this morning, 2/3/2015, I captured a bedbug which was crawling on the bedsheet. I reported it to the desk clerk, Natalie, but she was unable to reach management. It was 4:45 am. I still have the bug in a plastic bag.

Slept for one night, a few hours after check out 4 out of 8 guests had bite marks all over, from both rooms

I checked in March 22 and was itching all night and woke up wit bites put alcohol on them and didn’t think anything of it cause my mind is in limbo my mom just passed away and today it’s March 23, 2021 approximately 9:10 pm I felt something g crawling on me and sure enough it was a bed bug. I took pictures and videos and notified front desk immediately I was frantic. The gentlemen a front desk said they would switch me rooms. The manager left the key card to room 120 on our floor outside room 141. I called front desk again asked to speak to manager but was informed he was in a meeting. I proceeded to walked down to front desk and there he was showed him my bites and pictures I took. He said because I booked thru a third party there was nothing he could do. My mom just passed away reason why I am by Ohare to drop my sister off on 3/24 at 4 am to catch her flight back home. Again I went to front desk to file a complaint manager refused, told me if I waited till morning to leave I would not get a refund. I have no family nearby I have no choice, I’m sitting in the room crying upset waiting to 4 am to drop my sister of at ohare airport. The manager is very rude and not a compassionate person, will never stay at a Quinta Inn ever again. My whole body itches and I have been scratching non stop and putting alcohol on me and a topical ointment.
