5/9 checked into hotel thoroughly checked linens. A bedbug fell out of the pillowcase. Instantly brought it to the front desk. Managers stated they never had bed bugs and would contact us in the morning. They never did. Then they began accusing us of lying and stated it's impossible that they have bedbugs. They have been nothing but rude. We stayed up until 3 am laundering and disinfecting every item we have. We have a member who has a serious health condition and any big bit would cause a serious reaction. We have no bites. We did not bring these bugs. Yet the hotel insists they cannot possibly have any bedbugs because no one was in the room for 3 days. They then changed the number to 6 months still disregarding how long bed bugs can go without feeding. They stated anyone can claim anything. We had proof and gave them proof, but they took the nug and tossed it. We have pictures and they have video backing us up. This ruined our trip. They contaminated our items. Laundering ruined some items. We have SERIOUS damages from this horrible place.
