Given a non smoking room after reserving a smoking room a week in advance. Already mad due to the holiday and a wrong room. Woke up in the night with bites on my arm. I then burned the bug in the sink and put In a bag to give to the front desk. The front desk said they Chad to wait on management. Management never called the room or asked what was wrong as they were at the front desk when I inquired about a refund. Then o was told O call Wyndham because they could not do a refund. I am so posed Valentines Day ruined!

August 3rd 2017 we stayed in this room. Woke up and found two adult bed bugs (one dead and one crawling) on my bed also two blood smears on white sheet closer inspection I found four baby bugs crawling. Informed front desk. He said he had to call the manger and that he would be in at 8a.m. He commented that there has never been a problem with that room before. We bagged our stuff (we asked them for the bags). 8 rolls around and we need to leave. Front desk guy says I can refund you without the manager so you can leave. He does so. He seems embarrassed and talks in a low voice when I explain to him I found bugs in both beds and one crawling on bathroom wall. He states again that there has never been a problem with that room before. At least I got my money back. Be careful we did check the mattresses but didn't see anything before we slept. We did not check the headboard or couch areas. We do have a few bites and now must disinfectant everything in our car and of course our luggage as well
