Checked the mattresses on two different rooms and they both had what appears to be the remnants of bed bugs. First room I asked to be removed from. Go to the second room and it\'s not much better. This is insane so I\'m about to go sleep in the bath tub. The management team just apologizes about it and claims they have never had this issue before. I took photos of both rooms box springs.

I spent all night afraid because i was bitten at 230 am by a small bed bug, and my partner bitten as well. Later on I searched the bed and found nothing but every time I woke up there were more on the bed and I had found over 10 within the hour change to 3 am. I took photos for reference but my legs and body with the bites are clear evidence of an infestation.

On May 21, 2017, a family member and I booked in at this hotel. We were assigned to rooms 233 and 235. We stayed for two nights and checked out on May 23rd. It was on the second night that I noticed a bug on my bed, however it was only after a google search that I realised it was a bed bug. I then searched both of the beds and found evidence of an infestation. We made a report to the front desk and they claimed that they had never had anyone report bed bugs before and they handed us a business card to contact the manager about the matter. I did some investigation and came across this website in the process and even saw that these very same rooms had reports of bed bugs back in 2016, so they were obviously lying about never knowing about this. In another report on this website, apparently they told the customers the same thing - they didn't know of this problem. I emailed the manager with this information along with pictures of the 140 (yes, I counted them) bed bug bites that I personally sustained and the dozens of bites that my family member, who was staying in room 233, also sustained. We didn't realise until a day or so after we checked out that we were bitten so extensively. I, still to this day, which is months later, have not received any kind of response from the hotel nor the hotel chain, Wyndham, that this hotel is under. They obviously would rather ignore customer complaints and not put in the time or resources to fix an ongoing problem for over 2 years. They play ignorant when customers bring it up, and do not provide any sort of compensation. Needless to say, I'll never be staying at a Days Inn or any other hotel under the Wyndham chain. I'll also be checking this website before ever going to any other hotel location. I can understand that bed bugs can happen and that’s out of their control, but not doing anything about it, that’s just disgusting!
