I stayed here from March 17-24, 2017. I woke up with bites after the first night but was not concerned thinking it may have been mosquito bites from being outside. The bites kept coming each night but I wasn't worried about them. Then on my 6th day of being there I realized the one bite was bubbled up and seemed to be infected. Afraid I had a bite from a poisonous spider, I went to the urgent care. They told me it was bed bugs and prescribed me antibiotics, and ointments for my infected bite and cream for my other bites. That night I slept in my car because I was so grossed out. The next day I had to check out and when I checked out I politely told the front desk about the bed bugs. I did not receive a refund in any way, they basically told me it was not their fault because they have a company come in to spray for bed bugs so it is the company's fault.
