Arrived on 11-15-2016 and was given Rm.306. The next day I noticed several bites on my arm. Later that evening, my husband had the distinctive 3-bite pattern on his forearm. We had been visiting our son and his family all day so we went back to the hotel and examined the bed and bedclothes. We saw a bedbug and captured it in a ziploc bag. The night clerk moved us to a handicapped accessible room on the first floor. We moved in at 9 p.m. The clerk gave us a large trash bag into which we put anything which had come in contact with the floor. The next morning my husband had another set of bites on his wrist and two bites on his forehead. Now we had a dilemma because we didn't want to spread the problem to our family. We decided to leave and go home even though we were visiting for my granddaughter's birthday. So we asked to see the manager but he was not available. But we were reassured by the clerk that we would get a full refund. We left on the 16th and were refunded for the nights we were not there, not for two nights of bites.
