NEVER NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!! I will definitely give this place a ZERO! Spotted BED BUG during my recent stay from Jun 8-Jun 12. I captured one bug on sheet and showed it to hotel managers. Hotel staffs refused to give me any help until pest control company confirmed there were bed bugs, 24 hours after I reported the bug issue. Actually their only help was providing some quarters so that I could use their wash machine to do laundry myself... Hotel manager kept changing his words, different staffs passed me different information...just didn't know who could be trusted. Rooms of this hotel are super DIRTY. Spotted ants on sheet and in sink, blood stain on tub, lots of debris in air condition. The sound of AC was like jet. Hallway, elevator and rooms are full of mixed odor of food. This was my first stay at an extended stay america, which was a nightmare for me. I will never trust this brand again.

May 16, 2019 There was bedbugs everywhere in my room and these weren't discovered until 5 days in to my stay when I happened to have one crawl across the sheets while I was in bed. They had no other rooms to offer so they sent me at 1 AM to another hotel 15 minutes down the road. The next day the new hotel told me I needed to pay an additional $450 for the remainder of my stay, which I had already paid for through a third party hotel booking site. The manager from the hotel I was originally staying at claimed that he had called the site and put in for a refund for the remaining days on my reservation but after I called to confirm this the site said they had never received a call. The $450 that I was being asked to pay for the 2 remaining nights was more than triple the amount that I had paid with my original booking. Apparently getting bed bugs is considered a luxury when it comes to staying at extended stay America San Jose Airport.
